ACCOUNTS OFFICER

Suitable applicants should have: 

  • A diploma in Accounting
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payables
  • With MYOB / Console Gateway experience
  • With Real Estate Background
  • Analytical and attention to details
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Can work under pressure and able to multitask
     

 

ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 12 certificate
  • Tertiary qualification is an advantage
  • At least 2 years work experience in materials purchasing
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • An honest and reliable attitude
  • Initiative and ability to perform long hours under minimum supervision
  • Good english communication skills

 

HR OFFICER

Suitable applicants should have: 

  • A diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR particularly in Recruitment (Screening of CVs and Interviews)
  • Background in QMS is advantage
  • Proficient in MS office; knowledge in design application is advantage
  • Training & Developmental Skills
  • Organized and efficient in daily task
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Good in administrative tasks (clerical filling, keeping documents & other paper works related)
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Able to present company mission clearly and confidently

 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 12 certificate
  • At least 3 years’ office work experience
  • Able to keep precise and updated records
  • A working knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

PURCHASING OFFICER

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 12 certificate
  • A good knowledge of building suppliers in POM
  • Ability to keep precise and updated records
  • At lease 2 years experience in hardware sales / maintenance or construction
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and/or MYOB
  • An honest and reliable attitude
  • Strong and clear communication skills

 

GAMING TECHNICIAN

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 12 certificate
  • Certificate in Electronics is an advantage
  • 3 years’ working experience in servicing, installation, conversion, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of gaming machines.
  • Must be able to travel within PNG
  • Good communication skills
  • Honest and reliable
  • Have a driver’s license

 

HOUSEKEEPER

Suitable applicants should be:

  • 25 years old
  • 5 years' experience with new born and toddlers
  • Minimum Grade 10 Certificate
  • First Aid is an advantage
  • Good English Communication
  • Read and Write confidently
  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy, kind, patient
  • Able to stay overnight during weekends or weeknights
  • Basic child meal preparation skills
  • Good understanding of taking care of expat children (handling new born, nappy change, bottle preparations, etc)
  • No health conditions /  Good hygiene

  

AC TECHNICIAN

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 10 certificate and PETT Certificate
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Own tools 
  • An honest and reliable attiutude
  • Job initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good oral and written communication skills

 

ELECTRICIAN

Suitable applicants should have:

  • A minimum Grade 10 PETT Certificate
  • At least 5 years work experience
